When will my product get to me? Screen printing production takes 5-10 business days. Embroidery production is around 2 weeks.  We create everything custom as ordered. We ship everything USPS. We will send a tracking number through PayPal once your item is shipped.  **Disclaimer, we are not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged. It is out of our control if there is any delay with USPS.

How much is shipping? Shipping starts at $3.99.

Do you ship internationally? Yes. Shipping starts at $10.99

Can I have my items rushed? Yes. It is not always available depending on the time of year. Fees vary. Please contact us for rushes.

Can I exchange or return? No. All sales are final. We do not accept exchanges or returns because each garment is made custom at the time ordered. Please email us with any concerns. 

Can I get a custom built shirt(s) that is not on your site? Yes. We do custom orders. Check out www.eskiscreenprint.com for more information on silk screening for personal designs, events, businesses, fundraisers and more.
